I've spent my career across a mix of different industries, but if there's one thread that ties it all together, it's that I love supporting others and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Operations has always been where I feel most in my element, even before I ever had the job title to prove it.
Why Recruitment?
Recruitment is something I have never explored, but Ambient People and its culture is what truly inspired me to make the move. I'm excited to be part of a sector that plays such a vital role in people's everyday lives, connecting talented people with local government roles that genuinely make a difference to communities - there's something really rewarding about that.
On the personal side…
I love to travel and once swapped everyday life for 18 months living in Australia. Still eager to explore more of the world when I get the chance and I am always planning my next trip.
