Business Analyst – Digital & Service Transformation

Our local government client is seeking a Business Analyst to support transformation and digital delivery. The focus is on customer journey redesign, process improvement, and defining digital and non-digital requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and analyse customer journeys, identifying gaps and inefficiencies
- Design future-state services using structured service reviews
- Apply lenses such as:
- Digital transformation (automation, AI, self-serve)
- Channel shift, policy changes, CX improvements
- Process reengineering and service consolidation
- Define business requirements and user stories
- Design digitised journeys and self-service portals
- Track and support benefits realisation
- Create BA artefacts: process maps, personas, use cases, business cases
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and digital development
Desirable:
- Experience with HR and Finance services and supporting systems
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and HR/Finance systems
