Business Analyst – Digital & Service Transformation

Our local government client is seeking a Business Analyst to support transformation and digital delivery. The focus is on customer journey redesign, process improvement, and defining digital and non-digital requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and analyse customer journeys, identifying gaps and inefficiencies
  • Design future-state services using structured service reviews
  • Apply lenses such as:
  • Digital transformation (automation, AI, self-serve)
  • Channel shift, policy changes, CX improvements
  • Process reengineering and service consolidation
  • Define business requirements and user stories
  • Design digitised journeys and self-service portals
  • Track and support benefits realisation
  • Create BA artefacts: process maps, personas, use cases, business cases
  • Support UAT, go-live readiness, and digital development

Desirable:

  • Experience with HR and Finance services and supporting systems
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms and HR/Finance systems
