Finance Manager - Capital

Ambient People is recruiting an interim Finance Manager to oversee Capital for a central London local authority. 

You will have oversight of the overall capital programme, leading on capital strategic planning and reporting, as well as the closure of accounts for capital (next year) and subsequent audit (this year). 

This is a senior, strategic post involving advice on capital investment projects and the councils asset valuation process, as such, prior experience in leading a local authorities capital function is key. As is the ability to commute to their office two days per week.
