Interim Project Manager – Digital, CRM & Social Care

We’re supporting a London borough on a pivotal programme of digital transformation at the heart of social care services.

They’re now looking for a Project Manager with a track record of delivering IT, CRM or digital change in complex public sector environments. Ideally with D365, social care, or AI-based solutions like Magic Notes.

This is about real delivery: helping frontline services adopt smarter ways of working, managing suppliers and tech partners, and embedding sustainable outcomes. You’ll sit within a broader digital transformation portfolio that spans data, service redesign, and user experience across the council.

Key focus areas:

CRM platform enhancements – ideally D365
Social Care workflows
Delivery of AI-enabled solutions (Magic Notes or similar)
Agile project delivery in local or central government
Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement

The ideal fit:

Experience leading digital/IT projects in a local authority

Comfortable rolling up sleeves and owning the detail
Able to bring structure, pace, and clarity to complex projects
A natural communicator who builds trust across service and tech teams
