Reconciliations Accountant

Ambient People is working with a local authority to recruit an interim Reconciliations Accountant to add capacity to their corporate finance team and support with a backlog of balance sheet reconciliations.

This role will also provide ad-hoc support across the wider finance function during a busy period. You’ll bring a proactive, self-starting approach alongside strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines.

Given the urgency and time of year, previous experience in a similar role within a local authority environment will be highly desirable.
