I'm part of our permanent recruitment function, delivering on multi hire campaigns and senior appointments.
I started in recruitment in 2019 and have recruited across the public and private sector in both the UK and Europe.
Why Recruitment?
Put simply, I really enjoy helping people, and recruitment gives me the chance to do that every day. Whether it's giving someone a confidence boost before an interview, helping them land a permanent role they've been working towards, or sharing career advice along the way, it's great to be part of that journey.
I was especially drawn to local government because of the impact it has on all our lives. With the sector going through a lot of change, including LGR and increasing service demands, I feel very motivated to support organisations to find the talent they need to meet the challenges ahead.
On the personal side...
I’m passionate about transport and politics, and have always been interested in popular culture too, having completed a Politics degree at Goldsmiths.
I enjoy learning languages (currently on a 1,000 day French streak on Duolingo), and I’ve recently traded London life for the countryside, where you’ll usually find me on a long walk with a podcast (and hopefully a fluffy dog in the coming years!)
