Finance Business Partner

We’re working on an exciting new role with a Local Authority for their Adult’s Social Care team. Tasked with communicating information to key stakeholders and advising on decision making, the post holder will be expected to add value to the service and empower budget holders. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a motivated team, striving to make an impact on their local area. The role is continuity cover pending permanent recruitment, following a restructure in early autumn.

The post holder will work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure financial analysis is carried out to a high standard, enabling educated decision-making and driving financial strategy for this vital service. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and work collaboratively to match the culture of the organisation. Specific experience in Adult’s Social Care is not essential but a full CCAB qualification is.
