Finance Business Partner - Children's Services (SEND & High Needs)

A highly impactful role with a well respected local authority, at the heart of a major SEND reform programme. You'll partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial advice, shape financial planning and forecasting and help ensure vital services are delivered sustainably.

• Strategic finance business partnering
• Leading on SEND and High Needs financial planning and forecasting
• Budget management, financial modelling and risk analysis
• Supporting SEND reform and service improvement programmes
• Providing insight, challenge and influence to senior stakeholders

I'd be keen to speak with qualified accountants (CIPFA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in local government, especially in Children's Services or wider Social Care.

The role would suit someone ambitious, with a strong progression track record and commercially minded, who can build strong stakeholder relationships, provide constructive challenge and influence decision making at a senior level.
