Finance Business Partner - Housing

This is another great role with a London Borough, working specifically to help manage the maintenance and repairs services for the councils housing team, this post will suit an experienced business partner who also has an interest in process and systems improvement.

We are therefore looking for experienced local government finance professionals, able to build relationships rapidly with key stakeholders and work autonomously to deliver on monthly budgeting cycles and provide advice and support to decision makers to aid in financial strategy. Prior experience in facilities management is key, ideally within a local government setting.  

The role provides a great change to help the effective financial management of these key services, and as there are plans to make systems and process improvements this is an interesting additional element to consider.
