Head of Finance – Adult Social Care

We’re working on a fantastic new opportunity with a London Borough, leading their finance team for Adult Social Care. During a period of significant change for ASC this role will require a dynamic and up-to-date Head of Finance, with their finger on the pulse of the everchanging healthcare landscape. The role will therefore requiring an experienced and confident finance leader with recent experience in Adult Social Care. The role will report into the Finance Director and lead a team of six. This role is continuity cover pending permanent recruitment.

The post holder will need to work at pace to rewrite new processes and pathways for ASC, ensuring clear lines of communication with their NHS counterparts and delivering on transformation and reform deadlines. Robust communication skills are therefore key to ensure transparency with both internal and external stakeholders.
