Head of Finance – Children’s

We’re supporting a council looking for an experienced finance professional, capable of leading their Children’s Social Care team. This is a senior and influential role, providing strategic financial leadership across a complex and high profile service area, with responsibility for ensuring strong financial management, sustainability and value for money.

Working closely with senior leaders across finance and the service, you will provide financial advice and insight to support decision making and improve outcomes. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear strategic advice is therefore key.
