Head of Finance – Housing

This is a specialist and vital role for a London Borough, leading the Finance Business Partnering team for Housing. Working closely with key stakeholders to deliver robust financial planning, this role will also be instrumental in building financial strategy for housing and developing the HRA business plan. You will work closely with the GLA on this so strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly is vital.

Reporting into the Finance Director, this Head of Finance will have leadership responsibilities for the Housing team, working to develop affordable housing schemes and pursue funding through grants.
