HRA Finance Business Partner

This is a specialist and vital role for a London Borough, to help build on and improve their HRA business plan. The role will work closely with Housing Directors and the wider finance team to support on decision making and ensure due diligence. The role will be instrumental in building financial strategy for housing and work closely with council partners. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly is therefore vital.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this post holder will also be involved in process mapping and improvement, as well as supporting on systems change as the housing specialist. It’s a great opportunity for an experienced Housing and HRA specialist to make real impact on this council during a vital period of change.
